The Sintered Brake pads  have become a standard on 70% of Motorcycles and 90% of  ATVs
from the factories in the wrold and they also form a large percentage of the aftermarket for bikes,
motorcycles, and ATV’s.

The Sintered brake pads are made by one of FOUR processes as follows:
1.The steel backing plates for the brake pads are copper coated.
2. Preformed brake material by  pressure .
3.Combine the brake plate and material together.
4.Sintering in a vacuum furnace .
